I need a bread recipe- the aftermath with pics!

I didn't think this was messy. I used one bowl and mine was not tacky. I used my mixer with dough hooks to mix it. Kneaded for 10 min and put in the loaf pans. It did not take mine as long to cook as the recipe said though. It has been so good, Made a good sandwich too. I will make more this week.

The only really messy part of mine is cleaning up the flour. Everything else is simple.

And Buster, you are raising wonderful young men from your efforts! You deserve a big hug and happy dancing in the kitchen while the youngest beats on the pots and pans! My three small sons back in the 1980's and I used to do the same while singing "someone's in the kitchen with..." and we used wooden spoons to beat on the pots and pans while singing and dancing and my big guys are now excellent cooks and women love them!

I got my Mother Earth news mag on Friday - there is a super nice recipe in there - and you can make enough and keep it in the fridge to use daily to bake a new loaf every day for a week!!! I might try it - that would be worth clean up ONCE.
