My husband wanted to call our place "Hen Pecked Ranch".

I won out with "Cluck and Chuck".

We are in the process of fencing for beef cattle. I tell people "we have the clucks and we're working on the chucks".

I also know of a farm called "The Hen House". That lady has 180 layers and is still not able to keep up with her demand!

Have fun-there are so many possibilities.

if you are looking for something that will help encourage sales of your animals and or eggs, you'll want to focus on something that inspires the feeling of going back to the farm, local, and like your customers are family. We wen't with My Little Sister's Farm for several reasons, but the main one is because when someone asks where you get your eggs you can say with delight "my little sister's farm" and feel an intimacy with your food like it came from a real family member. Lacey's Hen House would be good, but Lacey's Li'l Hen House invokes a feeling of quaintness.
