I need a manure spreader!!!

I am looking for a used manure spreader to pull behind my John Deere Lawn Tractor. Does not need to be fancy or very big. Only need it for clean up of two horses. I live in central west Florida. I can pick it up within 200 miles of Spring Hill, Fl or possibly meet halfway. I don't have a lot of money to spend but am willing to look if the deal is right. Possible partial trade for RIR or Red Star pullets if interested. They are currently 7 weeks old as of two days ago. Please PM me if you are interested.

I see a Newer Spreader on craigslist ever once in a while. couldn't find one when I needed it so I had to pay full price, but it does a good job and hubby can even pull it, LOL

we did this to spread our manure piles:

use a section of cyclone fencing or a cyclone gate with a cinder block on it for weight and drag through the field. it works AWESOME!

it's a little hillbilly-ish, but it was cheap/free and works wonderfully. we do our piles and the neighbors' too. (my neighbors, who have farmed for 4 generations thought it was brilliant!)

just an idea until you get what you are looking for.
