I Need a Name

I find it easiest to use names from movies, or shows, etc.

For instance, my girls' names are from Disney movies (What can I say, a huge fan!)

Annita (Wyandotte)

Sleeping Beauty Fairies
Merryweather (Bantam Cochin)
Fauna (Red Sex link)
Flora (Red Sex link)

Have fun with naming them. I always take names I've heard before and think they are pretty and use. Or from my favorite tv shows:

Like Bernice (cuckoo maran), Hadlee (easter egger), Pumpkin (Black Australorp) Sookie (Speckled Sussex), Bella (Partridge Rock)

Or even wait to see how their personalities develop I have a Tail feather (sex-link), Pesky (White Rock), Annie the Ancona, Buffy the Buff Orpington.

Just whatever comes to you. It's fun naming. Let us know what you decide.

We named our 6 chicks after my grandmothers, my husbands grandmothers, my mother-in-law and my mom. Funny, but their personalities seem to go with what we named them.
