I need a poultry topic for my paper!

I'm a sophomore poultry science major here at mississippi state university and for my commercial poultry production class we have to do a 5 page paper on something poultry related -- doesnt matter what just has to do something with poultry. Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be much appreciatedd!

ive made some articles on why to raise chickens- the pros and cons, moulting- care and tips. i think those are pretty good.
