I need a sort of small coop design

I only have about a third of a ancre, and i need a rather small free coop design. one that could fit about 4-7 standerd chickens. I CAN'T FIND ANY!!!!

www.mypetchicken.com has some coop plans for a smaller coop. You could always shorten the plans to make it even smaller, or give your girls more space.

A 4x8 coop about 6 ft tall would do nicely for up to 8 birds. Do a bumpout nest box on one side convenient for gathering eggs. Just 3 nests will do. Put roost pole opposite side, full length and higher than nests. Do roof overhang to at least cover hinge area of the lid for nest/egg bumpout. Do roof overhang on all 4 sides. Do soffit ventilation full length both sides or permanent 12 x12 vents in peak of gables at each end if gable roof. Do at least two windows on opposite walls and allow generous access space for cleaning. Design linoleum-covered poop plank 24" wide for removal scraping daily.

Set roost pole where it is 12" from wall, centered over poop plank. Use deep litter method and do cover the floor with glued-down linoleum.

Take lots of breaks, ask questions, take short puffs, work safely, and have fun.
