    kick in the butt to get motivated. My house is a wreck I have laundry piled up all over everywhere, dirty dishes in my kitchen and eggs piled all over my table can't hardley even walk across the floor without stepping on something. BUT I just don't have the energy or the strength to get started on it. I just feel so blahhh today. son't want anything to eat just want to drink chocolate milk and no Im not prego. too old for that. my head hurts has been hurting for over a month now and I just feel so tired. someone give me a kick start so I can get busy PLEASE!!!

    I'd say, if your head has hurt for over a month....maybe it is time to consult your physician. This should be the first thing you do, just to be sure you do not have any serious conditions.
    If everything checks out, just fake it til you make it...get up keep moving and hope for the best!

    i am in the same boat. my allergies are kickin my rear and i have had a bad sinus headache for 3 weeks. ick. and my dishes are about to grow legs and walk off.

    can't get any sunshie here all we get is rain and cold weather. No seriously I believe alot of it is my diabetes. my levels are waaaayyyyyy to high.

    I have the same problem when my numbers are high. Get to the Dr. or do what you know you need to do re: diet and exercise.

    I was on the couch for 3 days straight in November - couldn't get myself to go to work - checked my sugar - it was 453.

    That got me inspired really quickly.
