oh I am not drinking the chocolate milk. I just crave it I know better than to drink it. I am drinking coffee right now. here in a little bit I will take my shot eat breakfast and then go on. It is an everyday thing. Oh and someone mentioned about doing it for my girls. Nah. They have their own lives and don't care about anyone but theirselves. and no I am not on a pitty party either. It is the God honest truth. they are 18 & 20 I still ahve to get them up so they can go to their college classes and then when I do get them up all I get is yelled at. they are just like their dad. and I am sick of it. I bet you I won't be getting them uup anymore. if they miss class then that is them I not doing it. I am not going to do anything for them anymore they are old enough let them do it! Sorry but I am having a very bad day already and it is only 7:17 am. been this way since 4 this morning.

yep, I just go pray and I will be alright. I just get so mad at them. which all the stress is not good for me either. Stress will raise blood sugars and blood pressure. I gonna go take a very hot shower in a few and try to relax

I get like that a lot.

Open the windows, all of them. And clean one thing, like a dish. Or pick up a piece of trash, and then sit back down.

After a while between the light, air, and making the smallest bits of progress you can actually start cleaning like a normal person.

i hate housework. As soon as I am able i will be paying a maid. God I hate HATE cleaning house.
