I agree on favorite books or shows, I really wanting to do "The Walking Dead" themed names but my kids vetoed it. Instead, we just have random names and it kind of drives me nuts. A friend of mine is an English teacher and named all of her fish after Shakespeare characters. One of my kids wanted to name 2 of the chicks- Soup and Nugget, but I convinced her that was a bit morbid.

Thank you. Yes I want some names from movies or books. If you could list some of your favorite chick names, that would help. I have been having trouble finding names that match each of their personalities.

Are you a Steele Magnolias fan? Lots of lady names with lots of different personalities there-either character or actual actress names? Or do you like a particular actress a lot, you could go with different characters she's played? Favorite author? Heroines from his/her books. History buff? Historical heroines?

Mari, Kali, Sunni, Bobbi, Alli, Kari,
and some non "i" ending names-
