We have one Rhode Island Red...we call her RHODY

One Barred Rock...her name is CHECKERS

Two Easter Egg Chicks...LILY and IRIS

They are growing fast, all have pretty wing feathers and cute little tail feathers. They are about 4-5 weeks old.

I just picked up six barred rock babies yesterday (to replace four cockerels I now realize I have). I just named them today, after characters from Game of Thrones.

With my 4 week old Barred Rocks, I was trying to follow the theme of Greek goddesses, but then I was ending up with cockerels, so I only kept two Greek names...Athena and Zeus (the cockerel I'm keeping). The other ones ended up with silly names...Pixie, Boring Girl, Boring Boy, and Brave Girl...three of those ending up being cockerels.

Got two more chicks...4 weeks old. They are Bantams and we names them "Socks" and "Slippers". They are so comical. Love to sit and watch them.

I have one super puffy Buff Brahma, 4 white Leghorns, 2 puffy ones... I have no idea what breed, and one black Bantam. The bantam is black, and all of the others are yellow.

For the two puffy ones how about Thing 1 and Thing 2
For the black Bantam how about Lucifer
For the one super puffy Buff Brahma how about Puffy the Vampire Slayer, nickname Slayer
