I need help again

I wouldn't do this. If there is a chance that the chick is still alive, you could easily break the membrane and kill it.
Candling pictures would be much safer, and more helpful.
Op, can you get some canceling photo's for us?
Honestly, I seriously doubt that there is anything alive in there. :(
But, what I always do to check if they're still alive is tap the shell, they should start peeping if they are alive. I had a bunch of eggs that weren't hatching (Day 24 or something) and I tapped them all, none peeped, then I tapped them again when I was throwing them out. And one peeped. (These were incubated by a broody.)

How Long. Because if there was a bad older in the incubator something went rotten or putrid which can cause bacteria on the egg Can cause the chicks to die from it. But I'm not sure cuz I know you had a chick in there that died that had a bad smell that could of have passed bacteria onto the other eggs.

Do you hear chirping or any kind of movement or rocking of the eggs in the incubator and how many eggs do you have in there And I know it's been over 20 days

Or do you know if you had any eggs during the incubation time that exploded or was leaking like little gooey fluid from it.
