Hi everyone, two of my hens keep getting into fights and I’m not sure why. I noticed that one hen has lost a lot of feathers because they are all over the barn. She does not look physically rough but still I have no idea what to do please help!!

Yes, more information is needed.

-Age of the birds involved?
-How many birds do you have?
-What are the dimensions of your coop and run?
-Have there been any recent changes, such as the death of a flock member, or introduction of new birds?

- they are all one year old
-7 chickens (6 hens and one rooster)
-10 x 12
- Yes I have one hen who was not involved in the fighting and recently purchased 5 hens and a rooster for companions but the two that are fighting came from the same farm. I have had them here for about two weeks.
*** My chickens are free- range***

So are the new 5 hens and 1 cock part of the 7 ....or in addition to the 7.
2 new birds fighting probably part of a pecking order dispute in the new setting,
2 weeks isn't long to settle in.
