It has been 23 days in the Incubator and still no pipping no movement no chirping, Honestly I have no idea what to do should I make an air hole or should I just leave it. I’m really worried please help

Did you have extra thermometers? Did you test your temperatures to make sure they were accurate? If your temperature is off it will take longer.
Can you candle an egg and take a picture? Post the picture on here so we can see if your chicks are alive or not.

Have you checked them before now to tell what they look like in candling? And have you been candling throughout the process? Do you know what the candling should look like in different stages before now?

Is there any smell on the eggs individually? Like bad smell not good smell...

Have you heard any noise at all?

Did you check your temperature thermometers in the incubator for accuracy? (This should be done early on. You can do this with adding other thermometers in there.) What is your incubator temperature at? (And is it typically around that range?)

Late stage candling pics will be hard to tell because they'll be sort of dark all over. But you can use this to eliminate any duds that are at less than half stage, etc.

My temperature is at 100°F and I have been canceling them throughout the process and I’ve been hearing chirping about a week ago but now nothing and I don’t smell anything

That one either quit or needs more time. Did you see any movement at all?
I can't see any veins, are you certain you heard cheeping?
At this point I'd candle all the eggs looking for any movement.
