I need help choosing

    I've not used the Farm Innovator incubator. It looks like it has the heating element from a still air incubator with a fan added inside. I suspect that you would still get hot spots and cool spots.

    I have two of the Hovabator Genesis 1588 and they are excellent. I would recommend that one above all the other table top incubators, styrofoam or plastic.

    Do a search here and you'll find plenty of threads from people using that type. From what I've seen here, I'd stay away from the plastic import models. The styrofoam models hold up pretty good as long as you are not rough with them.
