I need help determining if my Easter Egger is a male or female :)

It's still pretty young, but I'm leaning towards cockerel.

Don't be in a hurry to get rid of him. What I see is not 100 % definitive as far as gender; although, I do lean towards cockerel.

It will get easier to tell soon. The obvious things, laying, crowing etc. Whether he/she is a boy or girl. Hold on to it until you know for sure. Once the rest of them are laying, if you need to know still, quarantine him/her and watch its behavior.

Thanks everyone! I will definitely wait to see if it starts crowing, or eventually laying eggs before I look for a new home. I'm still hoping for a pullet, but I'm not getting my hopes up!
