I mean that they are a little pronounced and pink. They are there, even if minuscule. Females will just have fully covering them, or just a stretch of pale skin where they would be.

It will at that age.
I keep seeing stuff about people thinking their birds are male because they cluck early. There is no science to this.

Be careful of the concrete. If it's to hot for you to walk on barefoot then, it's really too hot for your chick.
Also, it's legs appear really dry in the pictures. You may want to clean off the poop then message some Vaseline on his feet and legs. This will keep the legs moisturized and ward off leg mites.
Send more pictures in about 10-12 weeks.
I hope we can tell you that you have a Pullet because right now, it's not looking good. But, it could be a Pullet and the pictures aren't clear enough at this young age.
You need face shot, face profile, body side profile and looking straight down on it's back pictures for us to really tell.

It's still too young to tell. You have to wait until the chick is 8-12 weeks old. I know it's hard to wait, but that's when we will be able to tell you anything definite.
