I need help I have a baby chick she's falling asleep to much I'm worry

Every other day my baby chick is very active but today when I got home she fell asleep in my palm she's keeps opening her mother as she sleeps I move the chick constantly and she wakes up but closed her eyes rigth away plz help

I hope your little chick will improve. Is she still eating & drinking? Is her poo normal for her? If she sleeps with her mouth open, I would wonder if she is congested / has stuffed up nostrils .
