i need help lol

this is my frist time hatching and i have 1 that has its beak out and it has been like that sence like 8 am today is the chick ok? what should i do?

Just leave it alone. Sometimes it takes chicks 24 hours to hatch!

We had one do that yesterday and it didnt hatch until 12:30 AM! It made a late night for us, but it was SO worth it! Just get some popcorn and enjoy!

we've decided this is better than cable... we all sit around and stare at the bator!

Completely normal--both the length of time from pip to anything else and your freaking out.
