Welcome to BYC.
I am sorry he isn't feeling well.

How old is your bird?
Is he new to you or have you brought any new birds home recently?

Can you possible upload a video of him to Youtube and link the video here?

I got silver wyandotte last year april, he got issues when he was just 5 days old with poop stuck on his bud, but i saved his life then, now i saw him keep standing by himself somewhere in the bushes on one leg and sleeping, then few days later i saw he had diarrhea, since yesturday he is not eating or drinking

The not eating and drinking does not sound good.
It may be too late to help him.
Is tube feeding an option?

Has your flock ever been dewormed?

We giving all our 5 chicken and rooster that DE dewarmer all time all 5 is ok just rooster. I gave him water with apple cider vinegar little bit trough eye dropper, i dont know about food, maybe boiled buckweat

DE isn't a good dewormer it doesn't work internally. Ivemectrin is a better choice for that. Try boiling and chopping up an egg for him to eat and giving him a little sugar water to drink to boost his energy. I'm worried about the darkness of his comb, that could indicate a heart problem i hope not.

Can you cook an egg for him to see if he will eat that?
Do you have a complete chicken feed that you can soak in water for a few minutes and maybe mix an egg into that to see if he will eat that?

X2 on the DE...throw it away, it is not good for anything.
Can you collect some fresh poop and run it to the vets office first thing in the morning to have it checked for worms?
