I am so sorry for your loss.
I think you should consider having some fresh poop tested by a vet. It is usually fairly cheap $10–20.

My husband was mixing that de to the food maybe that it kill him
I'm not sure, but it could be possible, although I doubt it.
Was he mixing a lot? Everyday?
I do know that some complete feeds are sold with DE in it, but remember DE will NOT get rid of worms.
Heavy worm loads do kill.

Was he coughing or sneezing or anything?

No honey, I'm sorry for your loss but your rooster had a very purple face and comb and he was a Brahma a large heavy breed susceptible to heart problems. I think your fella had a bad ticker, there's not anything you could have done. :hugs

She said earlier that he was a wyandotte...I don't know either breed...but I do know he looked very ill...not something that could have been helped most likely.
I am sorry.

Oh, my bad he looked like a Brahma to me. Still the purple is bad, very bad i think it was just his time. I'm sad and he wasn't even my rooster.

May I ask what state you are in?

Could you possible send his body for a necropsy to get an answer.
Some states do free one and some states charge a small fee, while other states charge and arm and a leg.
Maybe you live in a state that offers free necropsies.

He was silver laced wyandotte. He was not sneezing or coughing, for few days i just saw him standing on his one foot and sleeping all time.
Yes my husband mixing that de in them food for every day feeding, very little bit, but still i feel like he is so overprotective, he loves these chickens like his kids
