I need help NOW!!!!!!!

On of my cayuga eggs are hatching and I can still see veins anyway there is a big whole that it has pipped the duck rolled it underneath her and sat on it breaking the shell I have removed some of it so it doesn't break the membrane and veins and stuff like that he started pipping about 24 hours ago and I have named it pip I don't want anything to happen to it and I don't have a bator to put it in PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you see feathers? How far along is the egg.....seems like it will be a goner either way....better luck next time.

He hatched this morning he is so cute I called him pip
