I NEED HELP! Pipped but not zipped!

One of my muscovy eggs has pipped but not zipped after 24 hrs. There is a break on the small side of egg. I can see his beak in the air sack but can't tell if he's resting. If he's moving it's only the tiniest bit. What do I do? 4 have hatched successfully. Worried about this little guy! Please help!

If you can find a sharp thin nail or large needle, you can polk a tiny hole very carefully in the large end/air sack so it's getting some air in case it's running out.

Leave it be. It can take up to 48 hours for a duckling to hatch. Sometimes they will wait to the last minute to unzip.

If it is externally pipped, leave him alone. Ducklings are very slow hatchers and can take over 48 hours to completely hatch from pip to zip.
