I NEED HELP PLEASE CHICKEN IN DANGER!!!!

I have a 10 week old chicken and she cant stand up or walk. Her legs are out to her side and she quenches when you touch her. Im not sure if she is paralyze . Or what i have never had this problem before and i have raised hundreds of chickens. She has feeling in her legs so i think she can move them but cant stand up. Please help me i want her to get better and have no idea what happened or what to do.

Do you see anywhere that could be broken or dislocated? Can you post a picture?

No i went a head and called my local farm feed and a guy that helps me when i go there told me to takw her up to him. He looked at her and she has a respiratory infection so i have her on all the meds she ever could need and treatinh the rest of the flock as we speak
