I need help! Please give advice. Kinda stuck here.

I'm not an expert but it almost looks broken. Also that is layer feed and is way too much calcium for either of them right now,especially him. I dont know for sure if that can contribute to abnormal bone growth or calcium deposits ,but my gut says yes. Get a picture of the bottom of his foot for good measure. Meanwhile I will attempt to bump you to the attention of those more knowledgeable than myself. Personally I would find a good avian vet . If I remember correctly there is a directory by state on the site.

Probably too late for this poor guy, but you can buy powdered niacin supplements in powder form that you add to their water. With ducks and other water fowl, it's a good thing to start giving them from birth.

I may be too late for your guy. Sometimes, this whole "livestock" thing can be tough. Take it from a guy who just had to bury a day-old gosling. :(

On integrating the one female into a chicken flock...I think it's worth trying. My chickens too in a male duck last year after his mate was taken.

@casportpony
Sorry it's a bad picture. I don't think their feet should look like that tho..

Welcome to BYC! Can you take a video of him walking, upload it to Youtube or Vimeo, then copy and paste the link here?

Your feed - I see it's Purina Layer which he should *not* be on because it has too much calcium for ducks that aren't laying, and too much calcium can cause gout, so can you stop feeding him that and get some Purina Flock Raiser instead?
Read this:

While you are getting the Flock Raiser, can you get him some vitamin b complex for cattle just in case he has a niacin deficiency?
