I need help please help!!

I have 5 Rhode Island Reds and one Cinnamon Queen I got them in March and April. I haven't had any real big problems with them but one of my Rhode Island Reds is starting to look kind of raggedy. She is eating and laying but not everyday. See pics!!

My other girls are doing just fine. Please help me to make my girl better!!

Hello there! And It is wonderful to have you here with us! She is molting, and there is nothing to worry about All chickens lose their old feathers and grow new ones every year. Best wishes!

Howdy! You hen is molting. Perfectly normal.
Some chickens can have a hard molt and are full of pinfeathers!

No, I don't think so. If she is acting normal, hanging out with the other girls; eating & drinking, etc. She's fine And it is normal for a hen to stop laying when she is molting, that's just how it works

You're welcome Oh, there's nothing to stress about There certainly is a learning curve with chickens. When my chickens' first molted, I thought that they were infested or something!
