I NEED HELP PLEASE!!

I have baby ducks that are about 7-8 weeks old. My question is how can i tell which is a female and a male without waiting til full adulthood? I have 2 that are very sweet loving and are calm when held, could that mean its a female? I have 3 grown male ducks that i raised sense babies and even at their age they wasnt so loving and calm when held and i handle them alot to get use to being handled.
