I NEED HELP!!!! The gnats are killing my birds!!

Oh my. What if I have cats? One of which with kittens?

I used permethrin on kittens for years and they grew up without any problem. my vet was surprised when I told her that.

I see so many referencing peppermint that I wonder if Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Soap would help. I know I put a capful in a spray bottle, top with water and use it to kill bugs inside the house - even kills roaches and it's non toxic. Way cheaper than Raid too! Just thought I'd mention. I have no experience with Buffalo Gnats.

Thanks! She had five and all are healthy and she had no problems with the birth. She didn’t have them outside I might keep her in while the kittens are still nursing. We are going to go get the permethrin on Friday because the military pays at odd times (EYE ROLL).

I think we are going to lose the little guy. He’s currently my avatar and he’s our ONLY porcelain d’uccle and we JUST finalized his name in the records. I’ve been feeding him but he’s been throwing it up. He’s getting equal amounts of egg whisked in milk and electrolyte infused water. I’m feeding him about 5 ml a time (about every 30-45 minutes) from a baby syringe, but every time he throws it up. I’ve even tried only giving him 2 ml and just leaving him where he is and he still throws up. He’s shutting down right in front of me and I can’t do anything!!

im so sorry. I know someone else who had an Ayam Cemani pullet she tried to save and the toxemia still overcame her too. I dont know where the line is thats too much exposure, but be prepared for the seizure at the end

There are two orange, one orange and white, and two that are black (You can see stripes on them) with socks. The mom is calico. And my step dad is in the national guard and he works at a naval base, so even the civilians that work there are paid on a military calendar. AND I HAVE GOOD NEWS! The baby roo is coming back around! He got up and walked to his food and ate some! He’s also talking now!

Try eliminating the milk. Try some Rooster Booster or Nutri Drench Hope he make it, cutie.
