I need HELP to make my new chickens fit into my flock

In September I got 2 new chicken,a Easter egger and a Polish chicken and they were in quarantine for a couple weeks bc of some bloody poop.
A week ago I decided to put them in with my flock at night and the first day it went great but the second day they pecked the Easter egger in the head and I decided to remove her leaving my polish bc I was afraid she would keeep pecking her head.
The first week it went great but today I found her outside in a little corner alone at night bc she was too scared to go in because my chicken are so mean so how could I make my flock like her more?

I think I should mention that I have 2 marans,another polish and a araucana rooster who are a little too spoiled and they have been together since they hatched

It’s hard to watch, but you just need to give them time. If you can, try to let them out and free range so the new hens can escape and have some space. Chickens need to sort out a pecking order, and sometimes that takes a while. Try not to remove the new girls unless they look like they’re at risk of serious injury, a little pecking and feather picking isn’t much problem.

Thank you for your answer, I will keep the polish chicken in with them and the Easter egger wil join the flock in a couple of days,because they she is all healed from her injury,I will leave a photo of it and leave you to judge if it was big enough or we could have let her stay with the other ones

Is there a way you can separate by a see through fence or mesh? I have a brooder/introduction room that has hardware cloth so everyone can see/hear, but can't touch each other. When I open the door to let them actually mingle I have no issues with fighting or bullying.

Poor baby, that’s a pretty bad looking cut, I hope she’s doing ok. Light bullying is ok, but a lot of blood like that and they should be kept separate.

Is there a way you can separate by a see through fence or mesh? I have a brooder/introduction room that has hardware cloth so everyone can see/hear, but can't touch each other. When I open the door to let them actually mingle I have no issues with fighting or bullying.

I have a little coop around 2 feet away where they can see each other and the Easter egger is right now in there recovering and when we put her back in with the flock I can also see if the see but don’t touch methode worked better than putting them in at night wich hopefully it does

I have a dog crate that I use alot.
With babies, I turn it one side (door up) the bottom holes are bigger and chicks can go in/out at will.
With new chickens, after quarantine in dog crate in separate area, I put crate in coop (see no touch) for sometimes 3 weeks then open door and watch, some squabbling pecking is expected, if it gets aggressive, back in crate rhey go, or I'll put the bully in Crate, depending ding on the flock dynamics
