I need help with broody!!!!

I have a 2 chickens who are broody one is a silkie and she always get broody how can I stop this nonsense?!?!? Once she is broody the other is.

I put my broodies in a pen with a roost and food and water on the ground with little or no bedding. They stay there for 3-5 days (and I put another bird in for company) or until they stay out of a nest box. Silkies just go broody all year round, at least that was the case with my two.
