I bought a liquid Medication for lice/mites to add to drinking water
it say ADD 5mls to one liter of water

I use measuring spoons how much do I add per quart or 1 gallon of water?????

go to walmart the pharmacist may be able to give you one of the looks like eyedropper that has ML measurements. liter is about a quart, look at a water/soda bottle and it will give you a conversion

MD, that's the easy way out!

5ml/1L x 1tsp/4.9ml x 3.79L/1gal = 3.87 tsp/gal

or 4 quarts to a gallon thus .966 or about 1 tsp/quart.

Most meds are pretty forgiving so just plop in about 1 tsp/quart in the chick waterer. Just keep it changed at least once a day.

THANKS GUYS - Who needs google when I have you all.
