I need help with hen with large bump on her back

Hello I had a question regarding a hen I’m not sure why but she developed a large bump on her back it’s hard almost like bone or as if it was a part of her body it’s very alarming to me since she didn’t have it

I would but not many vets are good with poultry as well as I don’t have the money to take her to the vet

Can you get a picture of the lump from above, with the feathers parted? Then maybe someone will have a better idea of what it could be.

It would be good to see a pic of the skin where the lump is. Is it close to her preen/oil gland?

the skin is the same tint as the rest I suppose but I’ll try to get a pic,but it’s about an inch away from her oil gland
