everything works fine exept that the humidity pump is working but dont sent the water in the incubator just turning but nothing. i conect everything properly i dont know why is not pumping the water i hope somebody can help
I just got one, too. If you suck the water into the tube, it will work. Instead, you can fill the tube by immersing it in water until it fills up, but sucking it up like a straw is faster and easier. The other end of the tube I put in a half-gallon container and it has been working like a charm!
