I believe this is an EE. The plumage is very specific for an Ameraucana and this one appears to be penciled.

Partridge refers to the color. But good question, not sure if there is a difference in pattern between the penciling and a PC.

Wait… I thought laced is when each feather has an outline of a different color than the bulk of the feather, and penciled is when there are multiple lines of two alternating colors throughout the feather? I didn’t think it was referring to the color, but I could be wrong…

Correct. I was just using the colors to reference the photos in that same post. Lacing and penciling can be various color combinations.
