I need help

I am not a hatcher, but based on what I have read, and my best guess:

I would leave it in the incubator, wondering if a teacup and a moist paper towel under it might help.

Ty for response. Is that necessary my humidity is at 71% and the temperature is at 37 degrees Celsius. I'm more worried about it's starving or dehydrating. It is still chirping up a storm.

From what I read, the yolk is still being absorbed and feeding the duckling. So I don't think hunger is a problem for at least the first 24 hours.

Have you checked in on the hatching thread?

One of them is here https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/978237/she-said-he-said-whos-right-whos-wrong-no-one/34700 it seems to be both chicken and duck hatching.

There is also this one, for ducks https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/760871/call-ducks-finally-hatched/10160

You can find some people who are hatchers who can help, I think.

Ducklings are fine for at least 24 hours without food. Their yolk provides them with what they need to get them out of the shell and to the point where they can leave the nest to look for food.
