I need help!

I have a couple of girls as you can see in my profile picture. This has happened to them too until I sprayed their white puffy feathers with blu-Kote, The fluffy feathers turned purple and the chickens don't like the taste of it. I have found this lotion that's kinda costly it is called anti peck lotion, the cheapest place I found it was from Valley Vet on line. Hope this helps and let me know if I can be of any other help to you.
I just ordered both! This will hopefully end the issue.....I was wondering if finding another polish might help, as she wouldnt be alone as the only one with puffy hair?!?

Sounds like you have enough coop space. I'd put up a second roost, and make sure it's high enough that the bully(s) can't grab her toes from below when she's on it. I'm guessing that if she has a perch away from the meanies, that she'll use it and the meanies won't give up their que on the favored perch just so they can pick on her.
I will try that, as I suspect its happening in the hen house at night, i never see it during the day when they are out and about. Thanks so much!

There's 2 4ft roosts, I will add another to try and give her her own space to roost. Shes currently sleeping on to nesting boxes, shes kind of hidden by those. Thx for your advice!!.

I have 2 girls that are the white crested black polish and they are not fond of the roost so I have 2 nesting boxes that they go in every night to sleep. These are extra nesting boxes that are not used by any of them to lay eggs because they are on the top. They go in head first and this seems to give them more piece of mind not to get head peck. But I do swear by using those 2 products on them. I will try to take a picture of Sponge Bob Square pants head today and post it for you to see. If you only have one polish it might help to get another as they like to be buddies.

I will look for another polish for her to have a friend. Thanks so much for your help, I feel terrible for her. :-( Her head isnt bloody, but she had a bunch of new feathers coming in, and almost all of those are gone!!! Poor lil lady! I'll try to post a pic later when im home from work. Thanks so much again!!!

Here is sponge bob square pants with the purple feathers, she can pull off this look pretty good!
When you spray the Blu-kote make sure you wear disposable gloves and if you get it on you it won't come off unless you use bleach. Trust me I have tried everything to get it off my skin, paint thinner, nail polish remover I mean everything! The first time I ever used it I looked like I got into a fight with an ink cartridges...hold it close to the feathers when spraying to avoid getting in the chickens eyes.

I love her rock n roll style!!!
Do you just spray it where her feathers have been plucked out? Or all over?

Can you get a roo? My bantam ended all flock squabbles in less than 24 hours after tossing him into the coop. Might be worth a shot if you can.
If you have an idea who is the bully separate her from everyone and see if it stops. You can also build a small ladder roost just for her that is what I did for my bantams they are happy now
