I need help

I don’t know what to do or where to post but I had a chick hatch and I have questions what is this and does it go away naturally and will it survive

looks like an unabsorbed yolk sack.
It might go away on its own but it may not and the chick may perish.

How old is the chick?
Does it look like there are any organs in there?
could you get another pic of it from the side?

Where did the chick hatch? Under mom or an incubator
Was the baby helped out if it did it hatch on its own ?
If it’s from a incubator I would put baby back in and in a small bowl on dry paper towel till it absorbs the yolk
May take hours
