I'm new to brooding n hatching, my broody hatched her first egg this morning and when I found it was barely alive with a small yolk sac on its belly another hen had gotten in the nest and my broody had pushed the chick to the side. The chick died half hour later is it normal for them to have a lil sac or is it all supposed to be gone when hatched? She still has one left with a chick in it but don't no if it'll hatch . What should I look for if it does should I take it away from her n the other n put in a breeding box? Can someone please help? I have her 2 fresh eggs to sit on will she stay on them again or is it to soon for her to sit on another batch?

The chick should have absorbed the yolk before it hatched out. It is usually a good idea to have the nest the broody hen and her eggs are in somewhere where the other hens can't get into the nest to keep them from damaging the hatching eggs and chicks. I would block off the nest from the other birds to give the last egg a chance to hatch if you can. If you don't want her to raise the chick, or don't have a good way to let her do it in your flock, you could take the chick away from her and put it in a brooder if you have one, but chicks are better off with company so you would probably want to get another chick or two in that case.
She may or may not continue sitting for another three weeks, there is no way to really know for sure. It is a long time to stay broody and since it is the first time she has tried to hatch a clutch I would not count on her to continue sitting for that long with a new clutch.
