I need info fast please

Can anyone tell me about cemented vents? I have a gosling less than two Weeks and his vent is all dried up and hard but there's no poo. He can still poo but it's diarrhea. I tried looking online but all I find is about pasty butt, but I don't think it's that. I've noticed he also isn't growing that fast.

Have you tried soaking him? Can you get pictures? I wonder if there's something internally wrong.

We've soaked him in Epsom salt and put some cream on him, his vent isn't swollen but it's still wet. We do clean it up and keep him dry so maybe he can be helped. I'll try again for pictures tomorrow but my camera is horrible
