I need LA200 correct identification of Antibiotic please

Hi my Turkey hen and chickens are sick, sneezing, noisy breathing, rattles, I am in Ireland and my vet can only prescribe amoxicillin which I have been injecting and it is helping them but I want to get LA200, can anyone please tell me if this is the correct antibiotic as I need to order it online.
Liquamycin Livestock Antibiotic, LA-200, 100 mL, 725 from tractor supply.

Tylan/Tylosin would be a better choice for treating respiratory illness like Mycoplasma. Can your vet prescribe that?
