i need some names!
i currently have 1 splash sebright roo that needs a name i also have 4 blue andalusions (1 roo 3 hens) also nameless,

I had a roo years ago I named Beau, as he was a beau to his ladies...

I'm currently on a 1940s era approx movie star theme right now, so I'm just gonna toss a few out:

Myrna, Nora, Lucille, Eva, Judy, Lana, Ginger, Gretta, Theda, Clara, Esther, Yvonne, Claudette, Alice, Faye,


Valentino also works for a rooster.

I just named my perky, fiesty production red chick Maureen, so I'm calling dibs on that one.I'm sitting outside with them right now, & Maureen decided to pop up on my lap again to look for treats!

Those are the cooler ones anyway...I need some names for my new 3 BLR wyandottes too.

My favorite chicken's name is Pekin (pronounced pee-kin). My brother's chicken's name is Poppy. We have a Maudee, Sunny, Lina, Pepper, Rocky the Roo, and the black one is nameless. lol

We name our special chickens we have

Stu- could be chicken stew if he doesn't behave
Uno- she only has one wing due to being pecked off at birth
Honk- he constantly makes a honking noise
Poof- she has a little tuff of feathers of top of her head
Patch- she had been pecked on top of her head an had no feathers
Ruby- she is the Queen... she was stuck in a fence as young chick and gets such special treatment
Swiper- he's the rooster who swipes by you a great speed

We have about 30 chickens but only a few got names the ones that need our special attention
