What do you prefer - Bearded or Non-bearded.

Can anyone show me a good quality picture of what I should be looking for.

Can you look at this one and give me some opinions, please.

Thanks guys.

I like the bearded, That one looks cute but does not look like SQ.

This is Baby she is a bearded Partridge pullet she is good quality she is young and still growing her crest note the hard feathers in the crest but this is the look I like.

That's the look that I am looking for too. That soft full fluffy look. I like the bearded ones the best.

To me that one looks more feathery instead of fluff.

How old is the buff? Probably not show potential. Needs more foot feathering and more cushion...
Notice his mulberry comb and soft cushiony tail..also foot feathering

Notice his soft tail & leg feathering and whispy streamers from the back of the head.

If you are not going to show, he will probably make you a good pet though!

Edited: I only raise bearded.

His back is a bit long and he has too much hard feathering in his tail. Is that silver in his hackles, or just the lighting? Nice broad chest, well-feathered feet.

That's the lighting, because he is quite dark all over except for part of his foot feathers. Now I know what the term "hard feathers" means, thank you! He definitely has some tail feathers, and they almost shimmer green. I was just curious about him because he is an awesome rooster - loves me dearly and is extremely affectionate. I really appreciate your opinions.

Hi Becky - I don't know a thing about standards, but I can say he is beautiful. I just love the splash look. He looks black and white? Very striking.
