1 pinch dilute in small amount of water and give this water 10-15 drops by hand if he can drink on his own amazing otherwise by your finger u can pour drop on his beak

I'm sorry about your chick.

As others have said, he may have suffered some injury if the boy was playing rough with him. Do what you can to provide supportive care, vitamins, get him hydrated and eating.
