My chickens live in a pen with my goats. My silkie fell into the goat water bucket and died. What should I do? My goats and chickens have to stay in the same pen, and the goats need water, but I don't want more chickens to fall in and die.

Use a shallow longer trough type container instead of a deep bucket.

shallow water dish, something shallow enough that their feet can touch the bottom. Or a waterer.
