I need some opinions

They also could be White Rocks or RI whites.. not sure on that because I am not that into Breed Identification. They also could be slow white broilers. If they are White Leghorns you have prolific layers and my favorite breed for a egg laying. If I could create a breed and work miracles I would make a breed where all the males came out as White Leghorns and all the males came out as CX.
 
Can you ask the person you got them from if they re having a similar problem with the same batch? And how those birds look?
I asked them and they said they would exchange them. He's seems like a nice person. I did ask if there was a possibility of them getting mixed up with layer breeds and he said no

So I came home today and another 3 are dead. 2 more look poorly too. I told him I didn't feel right trading them in case they are diseased. He had a lot, so it would be devastating
I weighed one of the bigger ones. It is definitely tiny. One weighed barley 3oz
