Wowsers, so glad things are getting better. Kids hate change, but they are stronger than we think. I am not sure the story you told them will hold water for long, but I understand your concerns.

Ouch!!! I had scalding hot water boil over from a pressure cooker and go down my leg. I know how bad burns hurt. I hope he recovers quickly. Hugs to you all and prayers coming your way.

Thanks again guys!! We went to his follow up at the burn clinic today. They said all is healing as expected. To me, he looks worse but without the swelling. The blisters broke and are open. There is no infection and no need to skin graph as it is not too deep. (good news) I thought he would look a little better than this by this time. The ooze and pus is rediculous (sorry to be so gross). I am not good with these things. But your prayers are all helping and his spirits are high. I appreciate all your support!! Ann

During the healing process of burns unfortantely he'll look worse before he looks better. I can only imagine the pain he felt and is still enduring
