* If I remember right, somebody else was posting, tickled about their title change. I hadn't had one since the April Fool's Day "Hack Attack", so I commented (complained) and said I must be "the red-headed step child" (of the site) . . .Voila!!!

(Ed: I wrote "ticked" and meant to write "tickled"!!!)

I have two glasses of Italian red every night. I started this habit while living in Italy. The woman who lived across the courtyard from us drank it every morning for breakfast. Works for me!

oh, sign me up. my issue is 4oz is just not enough so I end up gaining weight from the extra sugar!! maybe if i know i can have 4oz every night/morning i could behave.

I think that the trick is to drink 4 oz of red wine with every meal - and since we are supposed to eat smaller but more frequent meals - that means 4 oz of red wine with every small meal - 6 or more small meals is the recommended number of meals. So - six 4 oz glasses of red wine a day sounds about right. I kind of like the math here!

I had a crappy day today so I left early and came home and settled in with a lovely red wine a friend made for me. I curled up in the bed with the dogs, my wonderful red wine and watched a Mary Tyler Moore Show marathon, HEAVEN!

I watched the debate and my mood actually picked up! And I am sure that wine has quite a bit to do with it.
