Assuming the light is causing the skin to look yellow. I believe it to be an OEGB.

I am not sure but I think it could possibly be a Silver Penciled Rock. And I would say from the picture that it is a male.

That is a male Silver-penciled Plymouth Rock. That does not look like the bird in question.

But I'm pretty sure it's this...

Especially considering that she is clearly a bantam in the photos the OP attached. Not to mention the feather pattern doesn't match for a Penciled bird.

I see where you're coming from, they look similar at first glance, but the feathering is different and the legs are the wrong color. Also, the link you posted was of females.

Even if it was a silver pencilled rock, the males look dramatically different from the females sooooo.....

These are horrible examples (except maybe the third pic) but I’m just using them to illustrate the differences, which are quite drastic. If it was that breed, it would without a doubt be a female.

Big red comb doesn’t always mean boy. It could just be a POL pullet or any number of things.
