I purchased a pair, hen and rooster. Doing my research I’ve concluded these are Jubilee Orpingtons. They are huge😱. But I cannot tell their age. Previous owners got them at a feedstore last year. But could not give any more info. For sure they are less than one year old. The rooster hasn’t started crowing yet. Help me please.

IDK how to narrow their age down any more then you have without getting a purchase date from the previous owners.
They look more like speckled Sussex to me. IDK though I'm not familiar with how poor the quality is on hatchery Jubilees

The hen looks like an Orpington, but the rooster looks more like a Speckled Sussex.

I would say the boy is SS and the girls is JO and about 6-8 months old
I agree with @The Moonshiner . I will put the age at maybe 6-7 months but I am no expert. That's going off the lack of crowing and no spurs because Sussex are typically not incredibly slow to mature
thank you. This is helping me a great deal. I was observing the rooster with the hen today, he never once attempted to top the hen.
