You could try taking some feed and treats over every day and try to gain their trust. I had some that were pretty stand offish. I gave them some treats every day and now when they see me they come running for their treats. I have to be careful not to step on them.

I've had some success with using a trash can laying on it's side and a can of tunafish. I guess any treat would do. You have to be patient enough to wait for them to go in for the treat then block the exit quickly.

Get some type of large cube with a door.(dog house, mobile coop, deep freeze) Set it up by where they are with the door open. Every day that you can go dump scratch in the box an call the chickens. Once they get use to you feeding them they will run in the box every time you show up. Just close it, take them home an then bring the box back an start again with the ones that are left.
