I need to know how to help a chicken that can't poop.

One of my chickens is constipated.

I've had some chicks for about 2 months now and noticed one of them not barely able to walk. Her bottom is saturated with feces, so I sat her in warm water for about 15min and cleaned her up. When I could see, there is hardened poop inside her and looks very big, she is struggling to dedicate but only quivers without success. So carefully I tried to pick out little pieces with the tweezers. I was only able to get a little bit before she started to bleed a little. I'm scared to keep going but I think she will die if I don't.

Can you post pictures? I think you're doing the right things. Maybe a warm wet washcloth held in place will moisten/loosen more of the poop.

Keep soaking her and make sure she is eating and drinking. Look up pasty butt, it sounds like hers went on for to long. Best you can do is keep soaking and try to get it too clear
I agree.

A couple of drops ON the beak..so she can swallow it her self of coconut oil ...
Maybe even rub some oil on her butt.

Double check the temp in your brooder too. Tell me what its reading at.

Eta..I read wrong.
I was reading 2 week old...not 2 months.

What do you feed them?

I use chick starter feed from Tractor supply.

Warm spa treatment (soak)...try slightly massaging her butt while soaking it.
